Property Portfolio
The Property portfolio of the Fund is made up of office commercial, residential units, industrial warehouses and a land bank. Total portfolio value of K168.90 million, which constitutes 11.81% of total portfolio; and Holding remains within sector range level of 10% - 30%
Garden Hill
- With the 8 houses been granted occupancy certificates, 4 houses were fully furnished with settlement completed and tenants taken occupancy of the buildings;
- With the remaining 17 houses PAC is working for the occupancy certificates; and
- Plumbing certification not in order which is holding the issuance of occupancy certificates of the above PAC is liaising with NCDC and awaiting writing document from NCDC on the same.
Shirin Haus
- A 9 level commercial building plan for the construction to commence in April 2007;
- Progress of all consultants engaged are in line with current schedule and includes all construction drawings;
- Signed board for site, awaiting NCDC approval for placement; and
- Project is currently ahead of programme.
8 Mile Land (Malolo Estate)
- Completed phase 1 which is the road infrastructure development on 8 Mile
- Land to facilitate construction of houses; and
- KFM to undertake financial analysis based on house models and indicative cost estimates indicated prior to allowing PAC making a submission to NCD Physical Planning Board.
